Diamond Pynk, a proud Houston native grew up singing in the church and traveling around with her grandmother’s quartet group. She became an immediate fan of Tina Turner at the age of 4 after hearing her sing and seeing her dance. From that point on, she vowed to become an entertainer. Diamond’s favorite artists growing up.... Tina Turner, Rihanna, Kim Burrell, and her grandmother, Gladys.
Diamond knew at a very young age that she wanted to attend Berklee College of Music. As a Music Business/Entrepreneurship major, looking forward to graduation in May 2023, she is committed to establishing a strong career foundation in the entertainment industry. While at Berklee, Diamond served as Creative Director for several tribute ensembles.
Life is not just about making music for Diamond Pynk. Her name is in homage to her late-grandmother, affectionately called “Nanny,” who courageously battled breast cancer. It was Nanny that called Diamond out in church and coaxed her into her first solo performance at the age of 13. It was also Nanny who inspired her family to create 1LessStress,Inc., an organization in support of breast cancer champions and awareness. The organization is Diamond’s preferred charity partner.
Diamond released her first single "Lil Friends" in 2020 and Is looking forward to releasing her newest single "Stuck" featuring Gene Noble In March 2023.
